AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Lash Lift & Tint

To maintain the best results and keep your lashes healthy, follow these aftercare guidelines:

First 24 Hours:

  1. Avoid Water and Steam:  Keep your lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid swimming, washing your face, or being in humid environments (like saunas or steam rooms).
  2. No Eye Makeup: Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow during this time.
  3. No Rubbing or Touching: Avoid rubbing your eyes or touching your lashes. This can weaken the lift or transfer oils to your lashes.
  4. Avoid Heat:  Stay away from heat sources like hairdryers aimed at your lashes or hot showers to prevent breaking down the solution prematurely.
  5. Sleep Carefully:  Try to sleep on your back to avoid squishing your lashes.

After 24 Hours:

  1. Be Gentle:  Avoid excessive rubbing or pulling on your lashes to maintain the lift and tint.
  2. Use Oil-Free Products:  Stick to oil-free makeup removers and cleansers around your eyes. Oils can weaken the lash lift over time.
  3. Hydrate Your Lashes:  Apply a lash serum or conditioning treatment (sample provided at service or ask for recommendations) to keep lashes healthy and nourished.
  4. Limit Waterproof Mascara:  If you must use mascara, avoid waterproof formulas, as they can be difficult to remove and may cause damage.
  5. Schedule Touch-Ups:  Lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks. Book your next appointment in advance to maintain the look.

Additional Tips:

  • Avoid Lash Curlers: The lash lift replaces the need for curlers. Using them can damage your lashes.
  • Be Mindful of Sun Exposure: If you’re spending time in the sun, wear sunglasses to protect the tint from fading.
  • Do Not Pick or Pull: If your lashes begin to grow out, resist the urge to tug at them.

These steps will help you enjoy beautiful, lifted, and tinted lashes for as long as possible! For questions or product recommendations, feel free to contact me directly.

Brow Lamination

Follow these aftercare guidelines to maintain your brow lamination results:

First 24 Hours:

  1. Keep Brows Dry:  Avoid water, steam, and sweat. Do not wash your face, swim, or take hot showers.
  2. Do Not Touch:  Avoid rubbing or touching your brows. Allow the lamination to fully set.
  3. Avoid Makeup:  Do not apply brow products such as pencils, powders, or gels.
  4. Avoid Heat:  Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and direct heat.
  5. Sleep Position:  Sleep on your back to avoid pressure on your brows.

After 24 Hours:

  1. Cleanse Gently:  Use a mild, non-oily cleanser to wash your face and brows. Avoid scrubbing the brow area.
  2. Avoid Oil-Based Products:  Do not use oils or oil-based skincare products around your brows, as these can break down the lamination.
  3. Nourish Your Brows:  Apply a brow serum or conditioner to keep your brows hydrated and healthy.
  4. Avoid Tweezing or Waxing:  Refrain from plucking, waxing, or threading your brows for at least 48 hours after the treatment.
  5. Protect from UV Exposure:  Use sunscreen on the brow area to prevent UV damage and maintain results.

Maintenance:

  • Brush Daily -
Use a clean spoolie brush to shape your brows each morning and maintain their laminated look.  Brush lightly.
  • Avoid Excessive Moisture -
While normal face washing is fine, avoid excessive water exposure to prolong the results.
  • Touch-Up Schedule -
Brow lamination results typically last 6–8 weeks. Schedule your next appointment accordingly.

Following these aftercare steps will ensure your brows stay sleek and defined for as long as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

PROCELL THERAPIES - FACE

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving the best results from your ProCell Therapies treatment. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Keep the Area Clean:  Do not touch, rub, or wash your face for at least 6–8 hours after the treatment.
  2. Avoid Makeup:  Refrain from applying any makeup, including foundation or powder, to the treated area.
  3. No Water or Cleansers:  Avoid washing your face or exposing it to water, steam, or sweat.
  4. Minimize Sun Exposure:  Avoid direct sun exposure and do not use tanning beds. Use a broad-spectrum SPF if you must be outdoors.
  5. Avoid Heat:  Do not take hot showers, use saunas, or engage in activities that cause excessive sweating.

After 24 Hours:

  1. Gentle Cleansing:  Cleanse your face gently with a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser. Avoid harsh or abrasive products.
  2. Hydrate and Protect:  Use the serums and moisturizers provided or recommended by your esthetician to support the healing process and maximize results.
  3. Avoid Retinols and Acids:  Do not use retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs), or other active skincare products for at least 3–5 days.
  4. Sunscreen is Essential:  Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily to protect your skin and prevent pigmentation.
  5. Avoid Sweating:  Refrain from intense physical activity or environments that cause sweating for 48–72 hours.

Ongoing Care:

  1. Follow the Recommended Skincare Routine:  Use the ProCell Therapies serums or other products recommended to maintain results and support skin regeneration.
  2. Be Gentle with Exfoliation:  Wait at least one week before using exfoliating scrubs, brushes, or treatments.
  3. Hydrate Regularly:  Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and promote healing.
  4. Avoid Harsh Treatments:  Do not schedule other aggressive skincare treatments, such as chemical peels or laser therapy, for at least 2 weeks.
